Hey GFGC! The sun is shining brighter, the weather is getting warmer, and summer is nearly here; that means it is now time to kick-off our summer charity campaign with a first-of-its-kind livestream event!
We are excited to announce the first ever Gaming for Global Change Summer Kickoff event! This livestream will serve as the start of our Summer 2018 charity fundraiser campaign, with awards, news, announcements, and more!

The Gaming for Global Change Summer Kickoff starts at 2:00PMCT on Saturday, May 19th, 2018, only on our Twitch Channel, http://www.twitch.tv/gamingforglobalchange.
Before we wrap-up this short announcement, we want to remind everyone that, as our Patreon page is paid semi-annually, those who make new pledges or change their pledges after our cut-off date will not receive rewards for our upcoming Summer Nintendothon. We request payment from our pledges at the start of June, and thus have selected a summer pledge cut-off date of May 26th, 2018. If you are interested in becoming a Nintendothon sponsor for our summer event, and receive some of the awesome benefits that come with being an event sponsor, consider supporting us on Patreon before May 26th! All pledges made following our cut-off date will be made for our Winter marathon in December.
